How to Order

  1. Add your selected item to your cart.
  2. View your cart to review your orders
  3. Do not remove the ‘Store Pickup’ item on your cart.
  4. Choose your preferred pickup branch, date and time.
  5. Proceed to checkout.
  6. On the Pickup Details, do not change the address. Enter your Name and Mobile Number.
  7. Proceed to payment.
  8. Wait for the order confirmation email.
  9. Present the order confirmation email upon store pickup.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
AVAILABILITY
  • Goldilocks BT21 Character Fondant Cakes are only available within NCR and Rizal.
  • The BT21 Fondant Cakes are available for PICK UP only at select Goldilocks Bakeshop stores.
  • Limited slots available per pickup date.

ORDERING

  • Payments accepted are credit and debit cards.
  • The fulfillment lead time is at least 3 business days after order and payment confirmation. Excluding weekends and holidays.
  • The daily payment cutoff schedule is at 4:30pm. Payments received after this time will be processed the next day.

PICK-UP
  • Present your Email or SMS order confirmation at the selected Goldilocks Bakeshop store.
  • Pre-ordered cakes must be picked up on the selected date only. If customer is unavailable on the pick-up date, the Goldilocks store can accommodate pick up on the following day.

ORDER CHANGES
  • Ordered item and quantity cannot be changed. Once paid, the order is considered final.
  • Only change in pick-up location is allowed after order confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATION
  • We strictly implement no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy.
